At Fixopan, we have a group of engineers, who specialize in manufacturing rotomolding machines and equipments. After an experience of 20 years, nearly 300 plants, working in nearly 70 countries worldwide and building nearly 15,000 moulds, Fixopan is a force to reckon with in the international market.

Fixopan has a premise in Faridabad. The unit in Faridabad is involved in manufacturing of Rotomolding machines, molds, pulverizers and accessories.

The Fixopan unit has 100,000 sq. ft, and 65,000 sq. ft has been constructed. Fixopan has a design office equipped with 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Pro-Engineer and Solid Works) designs facilities for designing and development of its machines and molds.

All machines built by Fixopan are put through rigorous tests to ensure a durable and satisfactory performance. The quality checks and maintenance schedules are regularly complied with to create a lifelong dependable range of products. Fixopan has a state-of-the-art test lab devoted to this purpose and all the products are regularly checked and records are maintained in the testing chamber.

Fixopan also has in-house facility of CNC (US made), large & small Lathe machines, Shapers, milling, Surface grinders, Slaughter, Radial & Fix drill Machines, Dynamic Balancing & Power Hacksaw Machines etc. Fixopan has complete in-house pattern making, in which our expert pattern makers design wooden pattern, Fiber pattern, PU Pattern & Resin pattern. Fixopan has a number of tools i.e. Bobbin sander, Disc Sander, Bandsaw, table saw cutter, Planer Machine to make these patterns. Fixopan has recently expanded the foundry with computerized mixers, reclaiming, and mold shakers.

The Fabrication shop has ARC, MIG, TIG Welding, Press break, Rolling machine, large and small automatic shearing machines, EKOLD, large shop with full complement of hand tools, Electric and Pneumatic grinding machines, sand/shot blasting etc. The Foundry consist of equipment such as with mixer, furnace, molding boxes and being run by our trained foundry man.
